Data Center Cable Installer | Silicon Valley (Milpitas, CA), 7/11/26

We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and hands-on Cable Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should be adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality installations while providing excellent customer service. Experience with cable installation, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
Reports to Operations Manager and take daily directions from Technician, Technician II, Lead Technicians, Senior Technicians and Advance Senior Technicians.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and use of basic telecom hand tools.
Must understand customer service.
Cleared understanding of job safety requirements.
Should be familiar on wiring schemes and wiring test.
Perform 4 pair continuity testing.
Pull all types of low-voltage cable, including copper telecom cable.
Performing all types of copper field terminations.
Install ladder racking and seismic bracing.
Patch network equipment.
Read and understand port maps/matrices.
Read and understand job floor plan and TC drawings
Should understand and be capable in performing field terminations and labeling.
Install copper and fiber cabling and labeling.

Site Manager | Southern California (Stanton, CA)

The Site Manager will lead operational activities at SV Tech Source’s Southern California office. This role overseas daily operation and ensures efficient handling of solar panel and e-waste recycling operations, and client-facing project execution. The Site Manager will drive operational excellence, manages on-site teams, and builds strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and service offering standards.
Coordinate logistics and execution of solar panel and e-waste recycling services, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and potential data center operations.
Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
Supervise and train on-site staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs aligned with operational demands.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and strong client relationships.
Participate in customer meetings and proactively support service escalations and issue resolution.
Enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and data security standards, particularly within recycling and secure disposal workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support audits, compliance requirements, and client records.

Qualifications:

Minimum of AA degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in site operations, logistics, or service delivery management.
Basic computer skills are a plus (for inventory systems or shipment tracking).
Previous experience in technology services, recycling/ITAD, solar panel knowledge is a plus.
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Warehouse Technician | Southern California (Stanton, CA)

We are seeking a highly trained and dependable Warehouse Technician to join our logistics team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Packaging and Shipping: Accurately package materials and products for shipment according to company standards, ensuring all items are labeled and documented correctly.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods.
Logistics Support: Participate in general warehouse logistics including receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Communication: Coordinate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
Certification or demonstrated experience in forklift operation (counterbalance or reach truck preferred).
