Namki Yi

Co-Founder and President

Mr. Namki Yi is the Co-Founder and President of Silicon Valley Tech Source, Inc., a company specializing in data center engineering, IT asset disposition, semiconductor equipment services, and the recycling of e-waste and solar panels. With over 25 years of experience spanning technology and environmental services, he is recognized for driving operational excellence and sustainable growth across diverse industries.

Previously, Namki served as President and CEO of Eappetit, Inc., a food tech startup focused on smart logistics and innovative dining solutions. He has also held senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations at General Environmental Management, General Manager at ITRenew, and President of Romic Environmental Technologies.

Namki also serves on the Advisory Board of the Korean American Semiconductor Professional Alliance (KASPA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building an inclusive global community for Korean American and allied professionals and students in the semiconductor industry.

Namki holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz.

Lewis Tecson

Co-Founder and CTO

Mr. Lewis Tecson is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Silicon Valley Tech Source, Inc., where he leads the company’s technology strategy and innovation efforts. He brings deep technical expertise and a collaborative leadership style that helps drive the organization’s continued growth in IT asset disposition, semiconductor services, and electronics recycling.

Previously, Lewis served as CTO and Co-Founder of Eappetit, Inc., a food tech startup that developed innovative solutions combining smart logistics with enhanced dining experiences. He also served as Director of  Information Technology at ITRenew.

Currently, he is the Founder of Bytes and Notes, a unique platform offering both IT consulting and music instruction, highlighting his dual passions for technology and the arts.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College, as well as a Certificate in Information Technology and Network Security.

Richard Lee

VP, Sales

Mr. Richard Lee is the Vice President of Sales at Silicon Valley Tech Source, Inc. He brings deep expertise in enterprise technology solutions and a proven track record of cultivating high-value customer relationships.

Before joining Silicon Valley Tech Source, Richard was Managing Director at a stealth startup, leading strategic growth and go-to-market efforts. He previously held leadership roles at Adobe as Senior Director of Employee Experience Technology, driving HR technology transformations, and served as HR IT Director at LinkedIn, managing key HR systems.

Before that, Richard held senior IT and service delivery roles at Cadence Design Systems, overseeing global client services. He also served as Service Delivery Director at Electronic Data Systems and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, managing PeopleSoft and enterprise projects.

Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University.

Jae Park

VP, Marketing

Mr. Jae Park is the Vice President of Marketing at Silicon Valley Tech Source, Inc., where he leads global marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in the high-tech and semiconductor sectors, Jae has a proven record of driving growth through data-driven marketing, strategic positioning, and new product launches across international markets.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at HMI/Halo Microelectronics and held marketing leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, Monolithic Power Systems, and Micrel Semiconductor (acquired by Microchip Technology).

Jae is the Founder and Executive Director of the Korean American Semiconductor Professional Alliance (KASPA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building an inclusive global community for Korean American and allied professionals and students in the semiconductor industry. He also serves as Executive Advisor for Corporate Marketing at ChipHub.

Jae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Independent Study from UC Santa Cruz and a Business Marketing Certification from UC Berkeley Extension.
